GOALS:
For the mental health tax levy campaign, create an informative web site that "pops." Site must be easy to navigate and include the facts voters need to know. Message to vote "yes" because one in five people are affected by mental illness must come through.
RESULTS:
Site was developed using specific colors, images and words to deliver the message to vote "yes" for the mental health levy. The "one in five" message appeared written (later removed to show endorsements) and was reinforced with digital video of levy campaign television commercials. Fact sheet and extensive information about how the levy money is used were included. Levy passed.
